Menu Display Issues

I am having issues with viewing the drop down menus, they are hidden by other parts of the site (see attached images).  I am using IE 9.0.12 (more details in IE Version)

Also have display issues with car on the 'Team' page - it is poorly scaled & I can only see a small bit of the car & I am unable to use the Unity Browser to edit my livery, I get the message 'Unsupported Browser'.
