I have a little problem with pilots... I'm lvl 8 and I have 2 pilots with 5 red stars.. Their paycheck is 550$ each race and even if I win the race I earn only 190k. The point is, I need pilot with lower salary but how do I know how much is the salary when I buy a pilot? I can only see the cost to buy them but not the salary... How/what can I do?

You'll see the driver's wage on the PC. As rule of thumb, the higher the lvl the driver is when you're buying him the higher the wage. So look out for high talented, low level drivers and train them, while you're not able to get high talented drivers from your youth academy.
And maybe consider your choice of sponsors. Use some that pay more for every race as a fixed amount and less bonus, so you'll have a more steady stream of income.
