Hi, how do I promote people from rookie class toe elite, because we have 3 in rookie and 2 in elite, I'm not sure but i think there is a minimum of drivers needed to do a race so i want everyone in the same rank so that there can be a race. please can u do it fro me or just tell me how, or if there is no such limit there no need.
