Because you aren't level 14 yet, you can't buy drivers that are above your level

I’m keeping posting him, @brian as James said, if he’s higher you will not see it.

Mmmmm either a bug or I’m not sure. Try shortlist him, when you confirm we can test it out, I will place him in the market again today it should notify you about it and obviously you will be able to see it

same level works always.
sometimes there is a small Bug, that you can buy a driver or staff 1 and just 1 level above manager level.
you are level 8 and the driver is 14 that will never work.

Yeah I get that bug when I was level 16 I bought a level 17 off the market, still said 5 stars
