Today I finished my second season and I lost all my resource points (20).
I realized that my car lost several improvement points, my acceleration was at 25 and now is at 18. (It happened in all the areas) I don’t know if this happens every time a season ends or it’s a real problem. 
Pleas help

Yes, this happens at the end of every season. Any un-used DP are removed and your car design is restarted at the start of every season.
