We should be able to train the staff too. It could be a lot more beneficial to train the staff on top of training the drivers too...

Yep school the staff will be nice and make more flexibility in the future.
If I understand it correctly, new staff generated by the IGP server. Maybe we can scout some new staff in Our Headquarter🤔

Devs not go for it as training u have the option not to use tokens and spend but in ythe transfers u spend tokens and then poss buy more. So devs will lose out in long run.

I don't believe it's as simple as that. If it really was just a case of the developers wanting us to spend tokens / real money they could implement staff training but make the training chargeable.

I think someone proposed this idea long time ago, and it was never accepted. Don't know why though. Could be interesting to do so
