What did you try to do?
Bought a new TD (lvl 6) and sold the old one. Now the new one is gone and I don't have any TD at all. You can check finance history for that.
What happened instead?
TD spot is now empty
Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

It seems I used the wrong method of escalating so has most likely not been seen by "iGP Support" team. I have escalated again, this time using the correct method.
