Hi, I have a question. Is it totally legal to kick players from league at any time? Two races befor end of my second season of league, leading championship, I was kicked off... Without any reason... that's ok?

In my mind, there is only 2 reasons somebody should be kicked from a league: inactivity and bad behaviour. If you showed none of these, I think it definitely needs to be investigated.
I have heard before about league owners who have kicked people out of leagues because they are winning just so they can win themselves (cheating don't you think).
