1.) Weakness of your CD shall not be in the big 4.
2.) How do u research? Research one at the time. Big 4 of course.
3.) How do u do dev upgrades? Big 4 first. Hopefully not on the part u are going to research.

for me it looks like strategy.
in 2 races you were Top, in 7 not.
in 3 of that 7 you had no setup and in 3 a bad strategy or tire choice. so just in spain i don't know. spain can be because of Research, Handling is absolutely important there if you had bad Handling stats, then that would be the reason.
