I've changed some rules for the tyres and I've mailed everyone in elite the tyre rules except one because he can't accept any mails. Is there any way of sending him the tyre rules, I've done a league mail but I'm not sure that works, i don't think he reads league chat as well. I don't want to penalise him if he breaks the rules but that would be unfair to the other league members.
If anyone has any advice on this please let me know, I need to send him the tyre rules. The name of the manager is Jon Smith team name JF16
