Hey guus what does it mean if my time reads 00.00.000 on setup and 100 percent tyre wear and no fuel usage.

That is not normal, it is a bug. Often it happens though. My advice to you is to clear cache, close the app and re-open it, and at last resort, uninstall and re-install the app. At least one of these should return your practise lap to normal.
