Zoom function not working properly in live race on browser (Chrome & Firefox)

What did you try to do?
I tried to zoom slightly to get it to the point that it shows the actual car (1 click away from the circle number view of the car). Before you could click the wheel once and it would slightly zoom in, now it does not do that.

What happened instead?
Now when you click once to zoom in slightly, it zooms in 100%. You can now only either zoom in 100% or zoom out 100%. There is no in between anymore as there used to be. Also when scrolling through the live leaderboard it zooms 100%, not slightly as before.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 7

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome and Firefox

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes.

Additional comments:
This can be reproduced when racing live and if watching someone else's race. This started 2 days ago. This bug is causing great difficulty to judge how far my car is either behind or ahead regarding the DRS. This is something very important when racing.

I've just tested it and I can see what you are talking about. The zoom is much more sensitive than before, so if you zoom in/out even a bit too much, you are fully zoomed in/out. 
In order to get it to work, I only zoomed in/out a litle bit at a time and that seemed to work for me.

Here is a full list of the Hot keys used in IGP Manager. It says how to reset zoom (ESC) but not how to zoom, so I'm not sure. 

Sorry, I didn't read the original post properly.  I assumed you were on the app.

To zoom even just a little bit is impossible now for me using either mouse that I have and on both Chrome and Firefox. I have always been able to zoom for the past 2 years with no problem at all until now. It will only allow me to zoom in 100% or out 100% with the slightest touch of the wheel mouse. Definitely a bug that needs to be addressed as like this I can no longer judge the distance of my car to get DRS (looking at time is no good as it is not up to date to the immediate second).

Is there a hotkey to use to zoom instead of using the mouse wheel?
Update: There is no hotkey to zoom except for the use of the mouse wheel which is the bug that I have reported.
