Why don’t I get new drivers to my League ? There have been 0 new drivers the last 3 seasons. ?

Your league currently has 6 teams in it. Your league should appear on league search when a tirer becomes full.
The reason you are not gettig new managers is because managers are not being able to see your league as due to the lack of managers already in the league, your league doesn't appear anywhere for people to see it.
I recommend that you use the leagues and events subforum to advertise your league, that way, more people should start joining, once the tier becomes mostly full, you will appear on league search and get even more managers.

I have tried that 3 times now but with no luck !

I'd recommend axing your inactive kick rule for now. Fewer managers will make it take longer for your league to show up.
