Does the ideal Set Up work?

Italy Grand Prix. It's rainning (2.0mm). I have the set up ready for rain. Others players have the set up to run dry. Why do they qualify above my drivers and have much more pace than me? If I'm supposed to have the ideal set up... Futhermore, some players didn't watch the race...

I hate when this happens...

I know because it started raining five minutes before the race. There are players who do the set up three hours before and then don't see the race, so it's impossible to give them time to change the set up. There is another player who saw the race and he said that he had the set up dry, not rain. He and others who didn't play and had the dry set up finished better than me....

Many end up above me. I spent tokens to have the ideal configuration, but they didn't. They beat me. I think it's unfair. Maybe is a bug, but is a shame!
