Reward Points Packages Issues

Hi guys, there has been some reports of people not recieving their Reward Point Packages when they purchase them in the system. I would like to recommend for all future issues on this be done through the Helpdesk. Jack is usually the person to handle the issues on the website and billing, and he is better able to manage the problems through Helpdesk Tickets.
