TranslateOK so I read the description but .... whose morale is being raised, exactly? And in what circumstances? Or is this just a $5m placeholder for some future angle/enhancement to the game?

Motor home raises the morale of everybody for each race you attend.
Drivers, staff, sponsors & partners. This helps for better contracts when resigning at the end of the season.
Sponsors offer more money, partners ,staff & drivers will resign for a reasonable offer, so you don't have pay alot more than what you already pay them.
Avoid auto resign, if you want to strike a deal in your favor.

4.7 RelationshipsRelationships with entities in iGP Manager, whether they be drivers, staff, sponsors or suppliers, are all calculated and rated in the same way, on a scale of 1 to 10, starting at a neutral value of 5. You can improve your relationship with them by making a positive comment. But you can also damage your relationship with them through cancelling contracts or making negative comments to or about them in-game. The Motorhome Facility is a quick and easy way to improve relationships without having to manually build the relationships.
