Private Quick Race Unavailable

What did you try to do?
When I go to setup a private quick race I am unable to configure anything or invite friends.

What happened instead?
It appears to actually chuck me in the public quick race lobby instead.

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes this is happening each time I try on my phone and it doesn't work well in IE.  When I login via Chrome on my PC, it works as I would expect allowing me to customise my race and invite friends.

Additional comments:
Since checking in Chrome, it is now working as intended on my phone app. I'm not sure if it's a bug connected to me doing a quick public race earlier tied into this app, or something else.

Yeah IE was awfully unreliable and probably not fully functional.  I was stuck in this loop from my phone though, so it might need checking out. I will try a quick race tomorrow from the public ones and see if I can replicate the issue.
