Just a suggestion more than anything else :P How about a weekly global leaderboard, showing the fastest race times and fastest lap times for the Quick Races?
I used to play Superstars Racing (a long long time ago! xD) and they had something similar to this, with global rewards to players who place in top 'x' position at the end of the week.
