As we enter a public race first time we have less than 60 sec for
A) Read tips
B) Check the Track
C) Weather
D) Menu and Option
E) Car Repair & Driver Health
F) Strategy

I think we need a welcome screen for
A) Tips
B) Chose the driver we want (Main , 2nd , or any reserved Driver)
C) Car Repairs and Driver Heath (If they stay)
D) Ready button for race

On Race screen at least 3min for Strategy
