Drivers now heal outside of leagues (and everyone got +10% driver healing)

If your drivers received more healing than usual today, take that as a little gift from us. We were testing new code to increase the efficiency of this operation and to make it compatible with teams not in leagues that are taking part in Quick Races.

The code is now live, and any teams that login simply to do Quick Races will have their drivers healed, even if they are not in a league.
