Help, I'm a complete idiot!!!

I was playing around with the login page and clicked on the bottom option (the one that says "login only on this device"), in there was a link to add Facebook so I clicked it thinking it would just sign me in to my current igp account but I appear to have created a whole new account and completely disassociated my old account from Facebook so I now have an account dominating the pro season I'm racing in and a brand new one in the rookie league. The original account is still active in the game because I joined the same league to check and there it was, just sitting there... How do I recover my original account to continue playing that one?
