If you spy with no chief designer (as their contract has run out) then clone the part it takes the money but you don't get the improvement - can you take a look please ??

You need a Chief designer Phil. Since they count for little else, I would suggest auto signing one as this will be the cheapest solution

Hey ho,
Was in the process of re-employing the deigner in the 15 minute window - some of us pleyers have day jobs too and don't get the time to play all day. It was snowing here as well Just want the cloning option back - had paid and been invoiced for it after all for no benefit. xxx
