... Goods pilotos (talent).

They are supposed to give you an extra in race.
After several months I only observe that they charge like crazy but in race they are beaten by worse pilots.

Will it be the car or the tactics?

Same strategy almost always, when it is different I don't say anything, the same car, we are in the same tenth in practice, but in race... Losing 0.8 seconds per lap compared to the leaders is the norm.

Hi Aceroba, I have checked every single driver that are competing against your team, and can say that I've found only David Ruiz with lower level drivers than you.

Although they are only level 15, they are all lvl 20 talent.

What I've also noticed is that you are using drivers that aren't from your academy. A level 18 team is strongly advised to train their own drivers because they are extremely cheap.

So, I think you should train new drivers as soon as possible to replace Verstappen and Hofer, because paying their current salaries of $1.8M and $1.3M is no doubt a very bad financial choice.

They can be of similar or even equal levels but have all but one, lower individual stats.

It's what you say, the economic expense and they don't give me any extra return even though they have everything at 20.
