Blocking a toxic player

Long story short I had a toxic manager that cried about every lose he took. I gave him his more then enough chances (regret). Then when the 2nd season ended and he lost technically, he went bazerk on my league wall. All managers wanted him out and so did I. He left before I could kick him, but chooses to return to leave his nice little comment that I have to delete. Is there a way to block a player from returning? Also if the dev have the ability to look at all his chat logs and DELETED ones that I was told about from my leagues managers. I don’t think you all will take kindly to what he’s been saying, just saying.

Hi there, there currently isn't a way to block a player from re-joining a league.

Can you e-mail us the name of this player and their team name to support@igpgames.com? A link to their profile will also be handy, if you are able to.

With this we can make progress on this issue. If you also find him to continue his behavior, please e-mail us any screenshots of his messages, comments, whatever you see.
