i am level 20 my car fully equipped and in my pro league i was smashed by players much lower than me the winner was level 12? i struggle every aspect i dont know why, my set ups are on par etc. my driver is all 20's across the board but im just slow, i look after my tyres i dont know whats up, i even struggle to get drs for some reason 9 out of 10 times when it comes to drs point im on my own and dont get it where as the cars in front speed away and the 1's behind get it and overtake me im just never get into close enough proximity to get drs honestly its like my team is jinxed, my staff i believe are good enough i shouldnt be getting smashed by level 12 players should i,
You're level 20 manager so I assume you know a fair bit about the basics.
As Aaron pointed out; on the surface your DC and Doctor are your weakest link.
Your driver's exp(9) is definitely a factor as well. Just like Talent is the main multiplier in the "Driver ability" area, so is his Experience on the "Mental" area. Once you get that number to the green, you should notice improvements.
You have to be doing something dramatically wrong including not showing to live races to be beaten by a level 12 manager.
Aaron touched on the Big-4. well ok. They are important for sure. And so is the driver's health level before race time. Low health=lower performance.
Using your DP wisely is also essential for 2/3 of the season. Essential, meaning you understand what the "Next Rcae" demands and leverages are. We all know Monaco demands your handling is as high as possible to have any chance of success. Before allocating your DP points, check what the next race's track characteristics are and apply your DP accordingly. Do not allocate any points to fuel and tire economy till the B-4 are maxed.

And don't forget that chances are your competitors are already doing this and more than likely more of. This is the part that most of us tend to overlook.

yeah i do do all the obvious stuff big 4 and car condition of course, thats why im on forum n scratching my head, i guess driver exp. is a big factor, get rid of doctor? my docs all 20's and i been trying to replace my 19 cd for a 20tal. cd for ages
About "get rid of doctor". If your drivers are perfectly trained, u don't need a doc anymore. For now, keep him, since ur second driver needs training.
About CD: It is not about Level20. The point is: his strength (Cooling) is one of the least needed things. Get a CD with strength in the Big4 and a weekness in Cooling or Reliability.
yeah that nigh on impossible, at least for me, my cd strength is in cooling because his weakness is tyres i chose him because all the others offered to me has their weakness as 1 of the big 4, ive never seen a cd with a big 4 as strength and something crap as his weakness they just dont exist on my transfer market
