Sorry for the noob questions but just starting out.
1. Do managers train and sell for profit. Is this a viable financial strategy?
2. What factors determine training speed? Does talent have a bearing on time taken to level up skills?

If you have a high star doctor, It will take less health per training session, meaning you can do more in a  day, meaninfg they should level up faster than if you had a 0 star doctor.
