Tell me,is it possible that in the game, players use cheats? Is anyone tracking this? Is it possible to find out information about a particular player. There is a suspicion that in our League a player is using cheats.Can this be verified?

If you think a player is cheating, I think it'd be more straightforward to send a private message to a mod.

To answer the question, there have been multiple threads in the past where the devs have stated that it is not possible for players to cheat the system using third party software and so on. I'm not a programmer, but my layman understanding is that the game runs on iGP's own servers or something of that nature; there is no client or anything that the player can tamper with, so there's no possible way for players to input third party software to give themselves 9999 tokens or 13337 design, for instance.

The only way to "cheat" is due to bugs or imbalances in the game, with most of the performance-related bugs or imbalances having been solved or arguably balanced better compared to before. For example, there used to be a "next season design bug" where a team that newly joined a league and raced for the league's whole season, will start with extra design stats for next season, able to get almost 50 on all stats or something of that nature; that bug has since been solved.

In terms of competitiveness, there are indeed are strong players in this game who will naturally be able to dominate "normal" managers, even with lower leveled teams. It is usually through both team management (car design, pre-race strategy) and live race management (push levels, boost usage, teamwork if 2-car, and all sorts of race tactics, instances where they have to modify strategy, etc.). It's very common in this game, because there is no centralized way for the game to group all the strong managers together, to find a number of leagues with 1-2 dominant managers and the rest struggling to compete with them. Most commonly you will find they execute their strategies better and have much better pace; of course things like qualifying and how good your starts are also matter, but if there is a clear gap in skill between one manager and the rest, you will notice it. When the strong managers are grouped together, obviously there will be a difference in their performance compared to if they were to be put in a league where they are clearly better than the rest. I say these things not to put down your performance or the performance of your league, but it would help to study these "dominant", strong managers and even ask them questions on how they are so good; most players would be happy to help you, and it is a privilege to be able to compete with these strong managers as you can learn from them. Even these seemingly dominant managers have weaknesses and make mistakes at times as you said, but when the gap in ability is huge, sometimes these weaknesses and mistakes can be masked or they simply don't have to try as hard.

I don’t believe it’s possible to cheat but I can understand how he can feel that way, I have maxed out drivers, car stats can be the same or similar to others (last few races of season) can do the same exact strategy, they can go and win the race while I will finish in 5th or 6th place 30 seconds off the pace

I never said I was the best player in the world! Just in this case, the developers, when they give a strong head start to players of a lower level,question the whole gameplay, the whole meaning of the game,all the buildings and all the tactics with tires!!! Why, then, excuse the expression,ass to fight and suffer to get level 20 and upgrade all buildings to the max? If you can get a month 15 level,for example. With bad staff,knowing that they give you a strong head start,to tear all in a row! Then remove all the buildings in the game and the levels of the player! They are useless in this game!

This player in our League,not the best car for the first time in a row takes a double,during the race losing at the start a lot. Are you saying that in my League all the players are constantly doing the wrong tactics or working wrong with rubber? Rubbish!!!
I am sure that there are some third-party programs that players use in this game. And my question was to the developers of this game! And I want them to check and answer!

When someone dominates Mid season ( up to race 12) it is about research and usage of Design points.

In addition you can gain some time from Strategy and race management during the whole season.

At the end of a season it is purely Strategy and Race management.

It looks for me that he used a multi CD strategy and is getting the advantage from that.

To your point it is useless to build the HQ: That is totally wrong.
If a Level 16 Manager is doing exactly the same like a Level 19 Manager, the Level 19 Manager will win.
It is true that the gain from an aditional Level decrease, the higher your Level is, but there is still a gain.

Advantages of Higher Level:
better DRS
Better Boost around 0,4 sec per level at higher levels closer to 0,2 and at lower closer to 0,6 per Level
More Design Points, gives the higher Level Manager an Advantage in car Development

Disadvantages:
Harder to find good CDs, does not count when you have good Staff, like you.
Less spying power, decreases the advantage of the Design Points of the higher Level, but just for the next Race, so a higher Level manager is always a step ahead, when using DP and research right.

When a lower Level Manager beats a higher Level Manager, the Lower Level Manager is doing something better.

Your point, with the best Car, is flawed, because the System looks not for the Quality of Areas it counts all Areas together.
Exaple:
you have Acceleration 60 and Reliability 100 and the other Manager has Acceleration 100 and Reliability 10, all other factors equal, then your Car is shown as the best, because you have 50 Points more. In reality the other Car is better because Acc. has massive Impact while reliability has none.

Are there running different Programs?
Don't think so, I have 2 Accounts, build at different points in time and i am good with both, why should someone get an advantage and why then with both accounts?

What you expect from the developers, that they explain how it works, already happened in another thread, where you and others complaint, but looks like you don't want to understand it.

As a level 16 myself i agree. I have a big disadvantage in kers but can still develop the car around the same pace depending on how i develop and my CD. Even with my level 18 team the kers is still a big disadvantage against the level 20s!:)

from where do you know that? i just See the best in an area, so lets say 60 when he has 59 everywhere i can't see it. I had one season the best car without being the best in one area, but the best in all performance stats combined.
It is about so much more than doing no mistakes, for example position yourself right or read when another cars are heavier and so on.....
