How do I find drivers with higher talent levels. I search all the time in transfers to buy a new driver with higher talent as mine are only a 1 and 2. I can’t seem to find anything higher then a 4. And experience also I can find higher leveled drivers but wondered if experience increases increases on its own as the driver has more races and levels up everything else. Thanks.

Hi Josh. From observation and experience, this is how I think it works. If anyone out there knows better please correct me:

Driver attributes:

Talent:
This is a fixed value for the entire career of a driver. It cannot be trained, it will never increase or decrease.

Experience:
This attribute increases by one point every ten races the driver competes in. Reserve drivers do not gain experience and it is not possible to train this attribute.

Weight:
Minimum weight for a male driver is 51 Kg and for a female it is 46 Kg. Training in “Physical” attributes will cause either weight to reduce or Stamina to increase. When stamina reaches 20 physical training will only reduce weight. Important Note: If all of the trainable attributes are maxed out it will not be possible to reduce driver weight. If you want your driver to achieve minimum weight it is a good strategy to train the Physical attributes first. At least one experienced manager with multiple accounts has carried out some testing, the results appear to indicate that currently driver weight has no bearing on performance. This has not been verified by the developers so treat this information with caution.

All remaining attributes are trainable and will eventually max out at 20.

As the driver attribute scores increase so does the overall level of the driver and the star rating. If you train your drivers to a point where they exhibit as 5 red stars the training slows to 3% for each completed training session.

It is not possible to hire drivers whose level is higher than the manager/team level but it is possible to train them to a higher level. When a driver has been trained to a higher level than the manager be very careful not to allow the contract to expire because you will be unable to buy back.

It is rare to find high talent low level drivers on the open market because they are generated from youth academies and very few managers are willing to spend 15 tokens promoting a driver from their academy only to sell them to a competitor at a loss.

Okay  thanks that helps a lot. And another thing I have 3 drivers. And one of them trains at a much slower speed then the other two. Why is this. He attributes are not super high I actually have a driver that has more attributes and leveles up faster. And with the same staff

Driver level and ur manager level influence training. If driver gets higher level than u, he will only gain 3% per session.

Also, drivers train better or worse depending on their Stamina. That’s why it’s better to traim the Physical attributes first (which includes stamina). So, if the 3 drivers are at the same level(no red stars) one will train slower because he has lower stamina than the others.

Are you sure? Never heard of this. Please provide evidence.

they train faster because they have more health after race, so you can train more often.
if you don't race with them i observed no difference

Ah, ok, yes. Didn't think of this, cause the effect is rather small, imo. With 5% per hour restored and 23h a day (24h minus race hour), u make 115% health a day. Plus watching ads, recovering may be even more. Losing some percent more in race due to bad physical doesn't seem that important. And that is, if racing daily.
