im new haven't even run first race yet will my driver level up as i go or do i have to constantly hire and fire new ones?
how many races does it take to get to level 2 i need more support staff?

Yes your driver will level up.

Scott, it's just 1 race to level 2 & as Jaap says, your drivers will improve as you train them.
