Driver experience

How do drivers gain experience?

Then why have my driver Experience never changed?? They have done 17 races each now and never changed. Its like my driver ages they dont change for ages also. 

they have experience of 4 and 5, you get them from the youth academy with 2 or 3, so they change.


Birthday is every 20 races so will change in 3 races

Well that's not true at all Yes they are 4 and 5 and they came out of the Academy at both 4 each!! SO yes on has gone up but one hasn't. 

And the age my last two did get a year older till 36 races so explain that one!!
I do already know that that is what the game says it does but its not.
In fact mate just dont reply on any of my posts pleas as all you say against me is negative!! It would be much appreciated if you kept your opinion to yourself!! As everything you say is always the opposite to me. I rather just not hear it. 

I never said something against you, i always explained how the game works:) tried to help and solve misunderstandings, but if you don't want to get smarter it is ok for me:) than thats my last response to your posts.

for me it is exactly doing that, by looking at your account from the outside, it is exactly doing what it should.

If not than go to the Bug Section and the developers can have a look.
