What did you try to do?
Trying to train my driver for some time now. His attacking and defending have been level 7 since I picked him up.

What happened instead?
His attacking and defending have not budged and I picked him up when I was a level 10 or 11. I am now level 14 and his defending and attacking are still level 7 while other stats are still going up even though they are 10 or higher

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

That driver really looks weird. With which setting do you train him? Set to 'All' or 'Driving Ability'? If I remember right the first is random and thus some weird outcomes can happen while training only skills of one area should always train (the first of) the lowest skill which means that driver is indeed bugged.
