PC client in race acting weird

Racing on the PC

What happened instead?
The client went ham and kept changing all the strategy settings as well as pitting my drivers each lap

In addition to the original report, I'd like to add that it might have to do with not changing the default wet weather settings in the strategy. The race which you're seeing in the streamable link had no rain at the start, during the race or predicted beforehand. Therefore I never bothered to change the wet weather preset, meaning it would change to intermediate tyres at 0 mm of water and also it changes back to a slick compound when it stopped raining for 0 laps. Since both value == true, it may create an infinite loop of pitting and canceling, which created the chaos.

Just to give you an extra thought.

I fixed the problem for myself. I found out that my Fanatec CSW wheelbase that I use for simracing somehow fucks things up. When it is powered on it does what the video above shows, but when it's off doesn't. I guess certain input devices just interfere with iGP.
Perhaps you can look into different things with this info, but my issue is solved for now.
