Increasing pilot star rating

Hi all,

Currently my player level is 19. I've got 2 pilots with level 18 and the star rating of them are 4.5.
After every race I train them, but all the 'trainable' stats are already at max. When the progress bar reaches 100 during the training I got the message 'no changes'. (Because all the stats are at max.) Is it possible to further train these pilots to level 19, later level 20 to get the maximum star rating - 5.0?

Your drivers are perfect. No need to train them.
It is a common thing in iGP that drivers don't reach L19 or L20. And since stars depends on level, they stay at 4.5 for a L20 manager.

Sometimes with age drivers level up. Just wait. Their performance should not be effected by wrong level. 

It is a bit weird, because in my league there are several players with level 17 or 18 and some of them have not fully trained level 19 or 20 drivers. These drivers are younger compared to mine, but not fully trained...


Based on written info if my player level is 19, but my drivers are only level 18 that means 4.5 stars. And because my driver level are below my player level they don't perform at the maximum level. But all my stats are full, and I cannot train them further to reach driver level 19, later 20.
