Hi.
Is it possible to transfer a driver from another team, without auction? I see teams in marketplace selling drivers and I was wondering how they do that without auction.
Sorry for my newbie questions. I am still new here and trying to learn the game. :)

For the receiving team add the driver to the shortlist (makes it easier to find him/her)
The donating team sells the driver. Use the "Sell now" option because it saves the receiving team 6 tokens.
The driver is now no longer in a contract so the receiving team may buy him/her for 3 tokens plus the signing fee.
Important Note: Before the donating team sells the driver make sure the receiving team can actually buy. If there is a difference in team/driver levels it could be that the driver is too high a level for the receiving team to buy.
