Can not get into Races

I can't get into any races either my own that was on tonight or to view any others. I have uninstalled everything and reinstall it on my whole laptop and still getting the same message. The picture below shows up what comes up on the screen. Java is all working fine on everything else other that this game. Any tops or help to fix this would be much appreciated!!

This is happening on every one of my accounts i use also so its not just limited to this account!

Well after some sort of magic after the race it fixes itself!!! Stuffed if i know what was going on!!!

Did all of that as that was the first thing i tried. That was useless!! Doesnt matter now as its all working again but i dont know what happened!
