Experience Points (quick race)

Has the XP for quick races been turned off? 

As far as I know, yes. but drivers still gain experience attribute.

I had a fair idea what my xp was prior to the race but wasn't 100% sure, but i think you are right that it's not active any more which was the only reason i was doing them ;) 

Manager xp is turned off, when in a league.

driver xp is still working 0.05 per Race so you need 20 Quick races for one point in driver xp.

Can you post the link that explains the 0.05 driver's exp. pts/race please? 

i read it either in announcements or somewhere in the QR threads, don't have a Link.
My observation of experience progress of my drivers confirms that.

Are the ratio the same per race?
 Edit: Nvm, 10X/race for up to 10 races a day..  LOL!!! if I`m not in a league, I have to do 200 laps to get the same xp from 1 league race? 

for managers you get 10 xp when not in a league, so depends on your level and the level of the other managers in a league. so if you get e.g. 60 than you have to make 6.
for drivers you get half of a league race so have to do 2 to get the same experience.
