So I was wondering what the different colors represent in a drivers or cars attributes. There are numbers that are green, gray and red.

As Andrew stated, the colours are to say "Good,mmh,bad." 
If it is green, it is an attribute which is good; grey is in the middle and red are the lowest attributes. For car design, they will become green when it has become developed past 70 and I think they become Grey at 50.

Just another quick note about some colours on car design. As you can see Acceleration is highlighted Green. This means that it is your CD's strength. Cooling is highlighted Red meaning that it is your Chief Designer's Weakness.

But what does "Good, Middle, Bad" mean? Is it related to something or is it basically just a color representation of a number range. Example: (RED)Bad is number are 0 to 49, (Gray)Middle numbers are 50 to 69, (Green) High Numbers are 70 to 100? Is it tied to your experience level? It just doesn't make sense to me.

It is more of a visual display. Important for performance are the underlying numbers which are coloured. The colours are just a relative indicator of that. Attributes on your drivers are coloured according to your level and attributes on your car are coloured according to which division you are in (rookie, pro, elite).

Simply it just tells how good a specific attribute of the car/driver is. Green boxes represents those areas of the car/driver that are strong, grey represent those which are okay and red represents those which are weak. It's just there to make identifying the strengths and weaknesses easier. Keep in mind though, that they are relative to your level and are subject to change once your level increases. Hope this helps!

It`s progress represented in colours. Think of it as an attribute`s thermometer. Red is low/rookie attributes, grey is medium attacking strength and green is your competitive zone.  


I don`t know what driver you pulled that image from, but that`s what we`d consider a throw away driver; old, paired with lowest talent. Good experience unfortunately useless when measured by his talent.

Now that`s a more ready-like approach John. Like Hamlet said; it`s progress colour coded sequence.  Your example here is a far more accurate approach than the good, mmh, bad.
