A friend of mine is lvl 5 going to lvl 6 soon but he have a driver that is T20 and lvl 14?? How is it possible to get a driver that high since the manager level is very low??????????

He obviously trained the driver to level 14 and found someone selling a T20 and plucked it from the ocean of drivers? He could also scout a T20 driver too.

It sounds like you got your wires crossed Khang.
Driver "talent" level is not linked to "manager" level.
However, driver's level is.
No one can buy a driver with a driver level higher than their own as a manager level.

I had a level 15 driver when I was level 5. It was totally possible, but I think they patched it. You just needed to find an ongoing auction and bid for the driver. You couldn't buy it directly for 3tokens though.
No cheating involved.
