So, the "overtaking chances" bar for each track....

Is this actually worth paying much attention to? From the races I've had so far it doesnt seem to have made much difference. Is this something that you would recommend including in a race strategy? Overtaking seems to happen quite frequently regardless. Cheers in advance.
