I wonder if you can buy drivers from inactive teams. For example, there is a team that has not been in any league for a month and has a driver with a T20. Despite adding to the wish list I can't buy him because he still has the same number of races until the end of the contract. There are probably a lot of such situations.
Maybe you should consider some solution for that?

There might be people taking a break from the game briefly due to personal life commitments. They can very possibly join back later on, and if they find out that their driver has been just removed without any expiration of contract, I'm sure that they will be annoyed as hell. That is why I think it won't go down well with the players, especially those who have to take breaks due to office commitments, or other commitments
