Acquisto piloti e staff a 5 stelle dopo un po' di partite o successiva stagione scendono sempre a 4 stelle. Perché?

Avanzando di livello, le stelle del tuo staff diminuiscono perché puoi comprare staff più forte rispetto a quello che hai già.
