i am failing to log in on mobile device app. what is going wrong? i have deleted the app and reinstalled it but i am still havig the same problem.i have even deleted tried to clear cache and app data can someone please help me out

We have now a few reports about login failures on devices which are running with Android 4.4.
The responsible developer got notified and will solve it as soon as possible.

Hi guys. Jack posted news on Twitter

"If anyone on Android 4.x [...] had issues launching the iGP Manager app, clear the app cache and restart. It should be fixed. 
Turns out my new IDE was exporting JavaScript in a way that caused issues on some old devices."
