Transfer market

I want to have staff at a similar lvl to my management lvl, but i cannot spend 3 hours watching the transfer market to miss out on the final bid just to lose, and restart the watching process again., just to lose out on the next member i bid for...if tokens were to become part of  a daily reward, i might be able to buy now, on a transfer every now and then, rather than trying days in n out watching the market, and missing out due to lots if people also watching and trying to snipe the last bid, or missing out on a decent transfer,as i am busy in real world, please make it a bit more easier to get a transfer we want/need

This is the reality of the game. The process itself is part of the balancing equation.  

There are a lot of great players in IGP, having easier access to staff will simply mean those same players would continue to be above everyone else. The fact they are subject to same process is what makes it more uniform across the game.

There is a chance of getting tokens as part of the daily tokens in addition to the sponsors, so really spending 27 tokens to get 3 staff you want should only take three races to have enough tokens if you're not spending them on other things.

I want to have staff at a similar lvl to my management lvl(that`s everyone`s goal), but i cannot spend 3 hours(non of us do) watching the transfer market to miss out on the final bid just to lose, and restart the watching process again., just to lose out on the next member i bid for(you don`t have to, save tokens and use the buy-now option)...if tokens were to become part of  a daily reward(they are), i might be able to buy now(you can), on a transfer every now and then, rather than trying days in n out watching the market, and missing out due to lots if people also watching and trying to snipe the last bid, or missing out on a decent transfer,as i am busy in real world(aren`t we all?), please make it a bit more easier to get a transfer we want/need





All players are subject to the same circumstances that you`ve presented here. There are ways around them just like Andrew and Memo mentioned above. I would advice you to ask questions in your league-chat=wall, read the guides available in the forum and most importantly; observe what the top managers are doing and/or saying that may help you out.

Hi Adi,
since your only level 7 I would advise you to change staff just every 2 or 3 levels. In this early stage of racing progress you don't need to have staff at your lvl constantly. The higher your level the more important it becomes, but it also takes more time to get from one level to another. So it won't drain your monetary resources so much. I'd recommend to start looking for same lvl staff at around lvl 12-14. It also depends on how strong your league competition is. But at lvl 14 it would be wise to have same lvl staff, since that the time where you can really become competitive if you upgraded your HQ accordingly.

I also recommend using the buy now option to avoid costly bidding wars (both in time and money). Since I recommend buying now, you can probably understand why waiting 2 or 3 level with new staff. Tokens don't come that easy and it would be a mere waste of tokens to buy now every time you level up in the early stages of game progress.
