Driver decided to spontaneous switch to soft tires during a wet race instead of keeping full wets

During a heavy rain race (i am doing right now) my driver found it funny to switch to soft tires for no reason.
As u can see my tires were set to full wet.

Yea i have had this problem before, my advanced strategy was to keep Wet(Full) on, i was leading the race by 30 seconds then i pitted so my driver put on hards, and i lost the race because of that.
