So in my league. New guy from lower league. Out here putting up stellar numbers with a team that’s half the ranking as myself and the next best team. Doesn’t really make sense to us as he’s hardly seconds behind us 

Are you refering to palma team? Cause he’s just 3 levels behind and has about 100 points less?

I think the comparison which you have made here is referring to his drivers'/staff's individual rating and quality. Actually, there is alot more to improving the performance than just having a good R&D team and having good drivers. It's in the development of the car, which is very important. A team which has developed the Big 4 attributes (Acceleration, Braking, Handling and Downforce) well will have a clearly better overall package and developed car than the competitors (also has to do with the track you are considering e.g handling in Monaco and Acceleration in Monza are most important in those tracks). It also depends on the strategies too. You might examine these factors one by one. Also, in lower levels, going by the rep and/or level can be misleading, as the difference is not that significant.

U can't cheat in the game the game is ran on it's own servers. He is doing stuff better than you in short words

To make one thing clear: I didn't cheat on this account. Well I did, if u count searching for unemployed personnel and hiring them not using transfers is a cheat.
Beside of that, I used a new account and found some nice stuff:
- Seems like it is possible to increase design at will.
- Seems like your additional gift at "Daily Reward" doesn't have to be random.
I won't go into details publicly. Still looking into some things.
