Elite race problems

Hello There,

I'm currently driving in my first Elite tier season. But I just can't get proper results during the race.
Yesterday there was the Italy Grandprix. During Qualifing I got 3rd and 6th position, however I finished the race as 20th and 22nd. 

Do I do something wrong? or does more manager also have this challenge?

Yess i did the practice and strategy's. Allready been promoted twice. But now in elite i'm having a tough time suring the race

Yes, I have the same problem, the problem is the others technologies, they are stronger than ours, I’m also in my first season in elite. You need to evolve you headquarters and try to don’t get relegated, you must wait to get stronger 

That you have a technological disadvantage is true. The others will probably have better DRS and KERS. But also you strategy for the race is quite questionable. Did you spectate the race and were able to adjust PLs? If not your tyres may have been overheated as well, costing you much time, too. 

But as self help said, it takes time to develop your HQ and become competitive in elite.

Thanks for your reply's. I didn't spectate the race always. but in the specific case yesterday i Did.

However my HQ is nog competitive enough. I'll focus on DRS and KERS for now, and see how it will go ;) 

I have same problems... all my staff has been 5 stars all the time and i have 5 stars in my HQ but... my KERS and DRS is so low... lvl12
