Test runs are not giving feedback

Hi.  After getting my drivers to do test runs, no feedback is appearing so don't know what settings need to stay, move up or move down.  I'm presuming this is due to the update that's happened today.  I've now done 2 test runs on both drivers, so these are now wasted.  What should I do, or would can be done???  Thanks.
