If you were an F1 team boss, what driver outside of F1 would you sign to your team?

I'm personally a huge IndyCar fan, so I'd probably go for Alexander Rossi, but I wanna know who you guys think would do well if given the chance in F1!

Do previous drivers count? If that is the case I would take Ocon (yeah, he is Mercedes' reserve driver, but looks likely to leave them) and Alonso, because of his radios alone (jk, I believe he still has it to do well in F1, even last year when the McLaren was poor, he did really well imo). I don't really follow any other motorsport as seriously as I follow F1 and FE to have a correct and informed opinion on potential out-of-the-fold drivers

I would sign Rene Rast from the DTM.
He is 32 but he is so dominant there since years, with him you won't make any fault.

Does Mick Schumacher count?

I'd go and break all the standards by signing in drivers like Natalie Decker, Sophia Floersch, Hailie Deegan, Vicky Piria, Chase Elliott and Alexander Rossi. But the best lineup would be Sophia Floersch and Chase Elliott

As colombian ?? I'd sign Tatiana Calderón and in a few years I'd sign Sebastián Montoya, son of the one and only Juan Pablo Montoya ??.

I'd bring back Alonso (Because he is the current best IMO) and Button (Because he is missed in the paddock and also a great driver) to team up at Mercedes with Ross Brawn as principal. Or give me Divine powers and I'd bring back Senna and Schumacher (their young versions).

Don't know about new drivers as I stopped following the sport since the start of this year (watched every session 1988-2018), but if he is anything like his father, it would be nice to see Sebastián Montoya race.
