Grey screen when opening 2D

Recently i have been having problem with opening 2D player. I can open 2D player and it will show the HUD (times, Position, exc) but it deosnt
actualy show the actual cars going round the circuit. It just has a grey screen with the IGP logo in the middle?
Can anyone help?

p.s im using google chrome

My 2D was working fine until saturday. After the update the problems with 2D started again.

Get slow, begins to lag or frozen, the image goes back and then goes very quickly to the current moment and then disappears and the screen is saying "LOADING".

Need to wait a 1/2 minutes until the image back or need to refresh page.

Uhh, Ollie isn't a subscriber, he shouldn't have 2D to begin with? lol

I have the latest version of java, all my display adapters/graphics cards are up to date and still i get nothing.
When i used the 3 trials on the 2D viewer, i just got a blank grey screen and thought nothing of it. But now, with the new live timings i get the same blank grey screen.
i have to use the mobile timings to see what is going on in races

Looks like trial of 2D is not working, I see only logo time etc and no track...

Timing and 2D opening a same window for me. Big disappointing....

I will ask for this to be investigated. In the meantime, could you please provide some information about your PC, what browser you are using, etc. Thank you.

I see why this has happened Alexander.  I'll get it fixed asap and will restore your trials.
