In the auction there were 36 minutes for the auction to end, but when i entered it to see the attributes and it was 2:30 to end the auction and there was no bid , so I clicked buy using 9 tokens, the tokens were debited and I didn't get the chief designer and now it appears that another player already had a bid on one token

I look my pilots and see there I have I Pilot that I hadn't bought...Julie Bernard, . I will be wait for a correction  because I don't want this pilot and if is possible I want my 9 tokens back to my account.
